1. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We take your privacy and data protection seriously. All personal data collected through our Platform or communicated via email, phone, or chat is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
We collect and process your data exclusively to:
- Manage bookings and payments
- Assign and coordinate Service Providers
- Send invoices and service summaries
- Communicate updates or important service-related information
- Deliver marketing communications only with your consent
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests may be submitted to: datenschutz@wittywipe.de.
2. Sharing of Personal Data
WITTY WIPE shares your booking-related data (e.g. name, address, contact number, access instructions) only with the assigned Service Provider, exclusively for service execution.
In cases of repeated non-payment (30+ days), your data may be shared with debt collection agencies or legal authorities where necessary.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
E. Privacy Policy & User Consent
By completing a booking or filling out a contact form, you expressly consent to:
- The collection and processing of your personal data for service fulfillment
- The secure sharing of your data with the relevant Service Provider
- Receiving relevant service information, reminders, invoices, and satisfaction surveys
- Receiving optional marketing communications (with opt-out available)

F. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a business entity or booking on behalf of a company, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany.
In cases involving consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply. This clause does not affect any consumer rights granted under the law of the country where the consumer resides.
